Due to the nature of research peptides, most products cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and, if valid, provide a replacement or refund for the affected product.

🔹 3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unopened (except if damaged in shipping)
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be refunded.
